Open Space for discovering possible use cases for the city of Vienna

On 18th of January three brainstorming sessions with eight participants each identified in total 32 use case ideas for piloting smart government tools in the city of Vienna. The brainstorming sessions were embedded in an event called the innovation lab symposium 2018 (http://www.govlabaustria.gv.at/veranstaltung/ilabsymp_2018/) , using the open space method to work on several innovation topics. After explaining the SmartGov project in general and the tools developed for data driven decisions in particular by the moderators, the groups were suggesting possible use cases for data-driven decisions for the city of Vienna.
